6. Orders & Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines and charges are as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and can vary due to serviceability, weather, holidays, courier conditions and other circumstances.

Eligibility depends on product condition and the applicable return rules. Customized, engraved and personalized products may be non-returnable except where defective.

All our silver products are 925 or 999 hallmarked. Each piece is crafted with authenticity and quality assurance.
